Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries, frozen or fresh (I actually had about ½ c fresh blueberries in my fridge, so I used those and ½ c frozen mixed berries)
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein powder, I used Biggest Loser Designer Whey

Instructions

 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender OR into the mixing cup for an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, garnish with extra berries if desired, and enjoy immediately!
