- 1 (10 oz) container of Sabra Classic Hummus
- 1 ¾ teaspoons dry taco seasoning, divided
- ½ teaspoon canola oil
- 3 tablespoons black beans, canned, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons frozen corn kernels
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped tomatoes, I used grape tomatoes
- 1 lime wedge
- 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
Instructions

Stir 1 ½ teaspoons of the taco seasoning into the Sabra Classic Hummus until thoroughly combined. Set aside.

In a small skillet, heat the canola oil over medium heat. Add the black beans and corn, cooking for 1-2 minutes until slightly warmed. Introduce the minced garlic and chopped tomatoes, stir together, and cook for another minute to blend flavors. Squeeze the fresh lime wedge over the mixture and sprinkle in the remaining ¼ teaspoon of taco seasoning. Stir gently to ensure all ingredients are coated. Remove the skillet from heat. Artfully pile the warm contents from the skillet onto the center of the taco-seasoned hummus. This Fiesta Hummus can be served immediately with the toppings warm, or it can be chilled in the refrigerator and served cold or at room temperature for a refreshing twist.
